Entry #5: Sleep schedule
Oct. 10th, 2023 07:43 amI guess i'm calling them entries now, but anyways. It's the start of a week, probably the most depressing thing ever. Homecoming was last Saturday, it was very tiring, and then add that to last Friday when I totally messed up my sleep schedule. One the night before Saturday, I barely could sleep and I don't know why. I was tired because of a pep rally and waking up early for a event. I don't how i couldn't sleep. I kept trying to sleep and then waking up 10 minutes later than the attempts to sleep. I then kept having this odd nightmare where I had this sickness and I was in my room. In the last part of the nightmare, I tried to open the door to go to the bathroom to check on myself, but i had already fallen before I went through the door. I don't remember the rest, and it was the first vivid dream/nightmare that I've had in a while. When I woke up, I was so terrified for some wild reason that I was breathing heavily and in cold sweat. I decided that even though I had that dream/nightmare that I should get some sleep. I finally went in deep sleep after all that. I hope my sleep schedule returns to normal again.
